This traditional Columbian restaurant offers items such as Spanish bean soup, seafood and a plethora of tapas, including chorizo and black bean cakes. The Original 1905 Salad is the legendary salad at Columbia. This isn’t your average salad! This signature, award winning salad is named for the year the restaurant was founded in Tampa’s Latin district. The salad is made tableside and some of the featured items include Julienne baked ham, natural Swiss cheese, grated Romano cheese, Worchester sauce and the famous garlic dressing.

A children’s menu is also available, and features favorites such as macaroni and cheese and chicken fingers. Each kids’ meal is served with a beverage and a choice of fries or fresh fruit. Open Monday through Thursday, 11 a.m. to 10 p.m., Friday and Saturday, 11 a.m. to 11 p.m., and Sunday, noon to 9 p.m.
