A trip to LBI (Long Beach Island) isn’t complete without a stop at Chicken or the Egg. Open 24 hours a day, it serves just about everything, from pancakes for breakfast to sandwiches for lunch. Still, anyone who’s ever been to “Chegg” knows the restaurant’s specialty is wings. It offers more than 25 wing sauces to try, and a Wing Night Wednesday is held every week. There’s often a wait to be seated, but the casual atmosphere, great food and inexpensive prices are worth every penny.
