Checked in on my birthday actual day. Amazing and caring staff. Patrick from the front desk made our day. Helpful, friendly, and easy going. Adam from bell services was so fun to talk to. Treated him a bubble tea but not pat as he was off. Thank you for the wonderful room. It was amazing and the view was so beautiful. Out of the crowd, peaceful and very good housekeeping as well. Will come back again very soon if I need a break out of the crowd. Keep it this way a no noise, calm and privacy hotel is the best, as my daily life in the media entertainment industry is hectic, I need a good break and this hotel stands out so much. Mosquitoes situation at the pool could be improve. But besides that, the pool view and environment is very aromatic. Easy access to adventure cove. Hope to come back with a even better experience to write about.

To celebrate my wife's birthday and have a reminiscence of the location where I proposed to her, I booked a hotel stay at Equarius Hotel this weekend. I also emailed in advance to see if the hotel could do something special for her.

From the moment we checked in, we were absolutely impressed by the service provided to us by the front desk offered. Furthermore, my wife came back to an AWESOME surprise in the room on the day of her birthday itself (balloons, towel swans, bears, a lovely card and a cake). All of which was thoroughly appreciated by my wife, our toddler and I.
