No tub in the room despite being in description and important to me. When I called to report it within minutes of finding this, the front desk woman ask why I would want a tub. She said I could use the hot tub out by the pool. The outside jacuzzi was full of young people and this middle aged women didn’t fill comfortable joining the party. I also called the Spa to make a reservation. No one called me back. I was told that there was no available reservation nor could I use the jacuzzi because it was for couples only.

This is a Best Western Premier, and that is not an easy BW flag to obtain. The entire resort lives up to the name. I've never seen any Best Western with these amenities.

Room was very nice, comfortable, super clean, comfortable bed. Common areas are generous with coffee and sometimes cookies. Landscaping is thoughtful and very well done.

We were at a private gathering and had the meal prepared there. It was just suburb. Front desk was fantastic, I would not hesitate to return and the big plus is it's a great value.
