Excellent Stay in Accessible Room, Pleasant staff

We stayed for two nights in mid September at the Residence Inn. My wife is disabled and so we used an accessible room.

The check in was quick and Lucerna the check in lady was very pleasant. We had called early and were checked in 2 PM since we had driven from upstate NY and they were very helpful.

The room was clean, spacious and the accessible toilet and shower was very well thought through. See the pictures.

The breakfast was good and so was the gym.

Only negative was the wifi service was spotty and the voltage was low for some reason that the CPAP machines did not work as they should have. Also the hotel is very popular and so late night the accessible parking gets used up and you might have to park further away.

Enjoyed our stay there- hotel has very nice suites. Suite was clean and quiet.
Across the road is a big Target store and restaurants.

Breakfast is included and is good- the only negative was plastic cutlery and paper plates- makes you feel unvalued and does not address the plastic issue.

The other negative is the gym is very small. Hence a 3 star rating.
