Four days, three nights, no service, not once. Had to beg for a large garbage bag at the front desk so I could empty the trash myself. They did not want to give me one, even claimed that they did not have them. Called for towels, never came. Finally the last night I demanded that they bring some clean towels. Fan in bathroom was always on, no option to kill it. Super noisy. Breakfast bar was a 2 out of 10. They 'forgot' to put out vitals. Horrible experience - find anywhere else to stay.

Room size was great for a family.
Super annoyed to have our stuff stolen from the car park while unpacking and taking a load up to the room, 5 mins later came back and it was gone. Would be nice to be told when you are paying 20usd a night for a car park- that there are homeless people living in it. Perhaps for 20USD a night they could install car park cameras.
We were charged twice and offered no apology- incurred over $15 in international transaction fees- too bad.
Housekeeping were wonderful and the diner staff and offerings were wonderful.
