The staff was so super friendly! We were there for several weeks and were treated with kindness and respect. The sincerity and care was apparent. You must really take good care of your employees at this location!

Super Friendly Staff and Excellent Service

My daughter, myself and our aunt stayed for a few days while on a girls trip to San Antonio. We had the two bedroom, 2 bath with kitchen, second floor. A bit worn but clean and free from chemical smells. What didn't work was fixed in under 10 minutes and everyone went out of their way to accommodate us ladies. The hotel has a few minor flaws, back section entrance panel was tricky, breakfast was overcooked eggs/burnt bacon/weak coffee and entrance from the freeway is a little dangerous but the staff is super friendly and we appreciated all that they did to make our stay a pleasant one. It is a bit far out for visiting most of the San Antonio downtown area and traffic is thick several times a day but the price can't be beat. We weren't bothered by road noise or airplane sounds. All considered, a positive stay.
