I very much enjoyed my stay at the Residence Inn. The hotel was just as described, the suite with a separate bedroom was clean, spacious, the bed very comfortable. Wifi was fine despite the comments I read about it not working. Lots of options for breakfast and I really like the lobby area with the fire place. The 24-hour tea/coffee dispenser is a bonus. Lots of parking space, lots of eating options around. The area is safe and quiet. I just loved it and wouldn’t consider staying anywhere else when in Rapid City. The staff at reception was super helpful and accommodating and special thanks to all the cleaning staff in the breakfast area. They are so friendly, all smiles, it was a pleasure to be around them. Special mention to the blonde lady with braces, whose name I forgot, she works in the breakfast area and should be rewarded for going above and beyond, she’s a real gem.

My husband and I stayed here during our recent visit to Rapid City and really enjoyed our stay. Our room was quite spacious and very well laid out. I loved the little kitchen and living area. We made great use of the couch and the high table and chair set where we had our daily "tea". The bed was comfy and everything appeared to be clean and fresh. We also visited the bar next to the indoor water park. Our bartenders were awesome and we really appreciated the great care they took of us. Breakfast was great and it was nice to be able to grab a complimentary cup of coffee, cocoa, or tea any time of day. The staff at the desk were all awesome and gave us much valuable information as to what there was to do in the area. We really enjoyed our stay and if we ever find ourselves in the area again we would not hesitate to stay here.
