Just back from another great stay. We arrived early and they stored our bags until the room was ready,
This is our 4th stay and we will stay again next time.
We have to thank Helga and all the other staff who looked after us so well.
We stayed 3 nights and then we went into New York for a few days the hotel kept 2 of our cases so we did not have to take them into the city as we were returning to stay again for our last night before we flew home. Lovely rooms great breakfast and wonderful staff. Thank you so much

I arrived at this property about 8pm and was told that my reservation had to be cancelled and that I was being moved to the Extended Stay property down the street. I am a Marriott Bonvoy member and travel frequently for business. I have never had this happen. I called Marriott while I was leaving to see if they would be able to help me locate a different property to stay at but the representative on the phone was clearly unfamiliar with the area so was not able to help. She did tell me that I had been charged a cancellation fee for cancelling my reservation. That was the final straw. I ended up at the Newark Hilton which had a shuttle to the airport and really nice accomodations. The manager of this property did reach out days later by email and ask if everything was ok at the property that they "walked me to" and I replied that I did not stay there and would not stay at this property again and I received no response. Whenever I am flying in or out of Newark, I will be staying at the Newark Hilton and definetly not at this property. I am very disappointed with Marriott, this property and the whole experience.
