Management idiotically checked my family into a room facing the patio during a night of a wedding party. They allowed guests to smoke and drink on the patio all night. Didn’t sleep a wink. Walls paper thin into the hallway as well.

Grossly mismanaged hotel!

We had a block of rooms for my daughter’s wedding reserved here. Everyone had a deadline to book one month prior. As guests started arriving, they were turned away because their rooms were given away. This is disgusting and a horrible way to run a business. A wedding is one of the most important events in life and Residence Inn has done nothing but add to stress to this wedding. The general manager gave away my room the night before I checked in. I reserved it 2 months ago. Other guests were forced to travel to other hotels despite having booked rooms 2 months ago. And the room I got has mold in the toilet.
