On Sunday August 4 2019, 7–8pm that evening my friends and I arrived at Doral Inn and Suites. After a wait at the front desk, I checked my Freinds and myself in at this said hotel. I used the CheapTickets.com App to Check in under. I asked the lady front desk clerk if we got the Suite she said yes. She smiled. Later I found out she was joking. No Joke This was serious. When we left the front Desk area we went to search for the room. It was very very difficult to navigate and find the room that we were given. So that was frustrating. To add to that there was water everywhere because it had rained recently, maybe a few minutes before we arrived so water was settled practically every where. Poor Drainage System. That was horrible. When we got to our room that we were given, IT WAS NOT A 2 Beed Room suite we had booked. We immediately went back to the front desk clerk to complain that we have the wrong room. She stated we don’t have a suite. I then became very very upset.and baffled. Being irate and frustrated because she kept insisting that The App- CheapTickets.com was not an app that they booked with at all. But we were booked so that was the biggest frustration. For several minutes after all of the back in fort she went on the phone with her boss. They later gave us a room, which seem to be 2 bedroom Suite or loft. Wait she told us they didn’t have a room like this. This room was not prepared or clean very well at all. But it accommodated the amount of persons in my party, which was about 5 to 6 people. There was no follow up at all from no representative from Doral Inn And Suites at all. Not even at checkout. Sad, Horrible. This is the second time I stayed at Doral Inn and suite, in the Miami Florida area. The first time it was a little bit better. The staff was a little bit more friendlier, along with its manager. The rooms were not clean very well at all. So this is that was my last stay at Doral Inn and Suites. I was very very frustrated with the experience there. SMT

I was upgraded according to the front desk, I wonder how the normal unit looked like.
Entrance to room or apartment is from the outside, so if it is raining like it was when I arrived you will get wet. There is no elevator and stairs are also on the outside.
Parking lot foods including the area where you have to park, water was anywhere from 6 inches to 10 inches deep where I had to park.
The room I was assigned was a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom, 2 story apartment with a full fridge and kitchen, one bedroom downstairs with sliding glass door to the exterior hallway, second bedroom upstairs with no door to the downstairs, like a loft.
Apartment was not dirty but it did not feel clean either. Bathroom are small and only provided with 2 small towels, no washcloth, to bath towels.
I was only there for 1 night, few hours really from 11 PM to 6 AM and if you cannot sleep with the constant sound of a commercial airplane every few minutes this is not the place for you.
I will not be staying at this facility again.
