The place is not up to the standards of a residence inn. It was overbooked and those of us that got rooms had dirty carpets no clean towels. Spider webs all over outside. The front desk personel were nice but seemed unable to answer basic questions. The management seemed overwhelmed unaware of the number of issues at this property. Would avoid it at all costs.

We stayed there thinking the rooms had been renovated but only outside paint/stucco repair was done. The carpet was heavily stained/dirty, the drawers in the bathroom were filthy. These rooms need to be thoroughly cleaned (this was my third stay due to it being conveniently located for us). there are smokers everywhere (including some staff) and old cigarette butts litter all the walkways and steps to the rooms. Really trashy. I also like the staff but it seems as though there is little concern about the quality of the property. Being clean costs nothing. Residence Inns are my preferred hotels and we have stayed in many. All have been cleaner. I see no responses from management to any review , which supports my assumption that they just don’t care. We will find a different hotel for our many future trips to this area.
