It starts at check-in, Malik was extremely accommodating, friendly, made me feel like I was coming home. The valet staff went above and beyond their duty to remove a tar streak from my white rental car, big kudos to Robert and Michael - thank you. The location is hard to beat with many entertainment and dining venues across the street. And, for being in downtown LA, the room was amazingly quiet. Breakfast service was the usual, except they used real cutlery and dishes, which was greatly appreciated. The dining room staff were exceptional also. All-in-all, a very pleasant business stay. Definitely on my list of places to return.

Started off our family California adventure by staying here. Attended a WWE show at Staples Centre and it was so close. Bed was comfortable , room was clean and breakfast was amazing!! Would definitely recommend!
