PCH roadtrip

This hotel seems to have issues with managing rooms --- asked for early check in multiple times - instead we (and at least one other customer we know about) received late check in. Management did finally come to the rescue, but not having the hassle would have been nicer. Room was clean and fit our needs. Location is average with no family friendly, close, easy access places to eat.

Perfect stay for business

We stayed here during a business trip travelling around Southern California. It was a great location for us to do our tour. The rooms were clean. The beds were comfortable. I opted for a room with a new portable air conditioner which was much quieter. The hotel could do some updates. The service was great. I’d like to see some healthier breakfast options.
