Situated near the Little Rock downtown historic district, this hotel is also near the Verizon Arena. The spacious one- and two-bedroom suites feature king or queen beds, a sleeper sofa in a separate living room area and a fully equipped kitchen with a refrigerator, microwave, oven, dishwasher and pots and pans. A fireplace and multiple flat screen televisions are in the suites as well. Cribs are available upon request. Complimentary Wi-Fi access can be found within the suites as well so there is never a concern for kids or adults to stay connected to work, home or school. The free hot breakfast buffet is a nice way to start each morning with items like eggs, waffles, hot and cold cereal, yogurt and more. The seasonal outdoor pool is a great spot for families to spend some quality time after a day of checking out the town. The kids can swim and play while the adults can unwind on the surrounding pool deck chairs.

The Elevator smells like OLD CIGARETTES. I cannot believe that Marriott claims this property... and get this, No desk..All RIs have desk for the business traveler.... I booked for two weeks I'll be rolling out as soon as possible in the morning.... and forget the TITANIUM UPGRADE I'm supposed to receive, never even offered

The Pros: I had a normal size RI room, however instead of a sofa bed, there was a second standard size bed. No this was not a 2 BR unit. I liked the layout, and wish more RI were set up this way. I use the second bed for a spot to layout my suitcases and items. The hotel is right off the highway, near a small shopping area with several restaurants. During the weekdays it is a nice quiet hotel for the business traveler. The staff is friendly, The breakfast lady makes a very good cinnamon roll. The breakfast is the typical Sysco supplied Food and Marriott menu. Nothing great and boring after a week. They do served bacon. If you like adult beverage, the beer and wine in limited amounts flows M-W at the Mix. The food served is a four letter "F" word.
The cons: Marriotts allow pets and collect fees, however the carpet in my room was soiled with pet spots everywhere. No money is spent on steam cleaning the carpet. There was no odor or I would have refused the room, remember I liked the extra bed. Send the pets to Motel VI. On the weekends the hotel transforms into the neighborhood pool. The place is packed with kids and hopefully parents. You will hear Marco Polo until your mind shuts down. Goodluck at the weekend free breakfast, It is like locust hits it. The halls ring out with screaming kids. The Wifi slows down during the evening hours and you have to log into daily at the worst times. My room had no oven, and a very loud garbage disposal. The helicopters and ambulances going to the hospital next door will keep you alert when sleeping. My smoke detector failed the second night, it took 18+ days to replace it.
Come on Man, people need to get to work by 7. Offering Breakfast at 630 is ridiculous. Is that a cost saving program. Hire folks who get to work on time, and bring them in earlier.
This is not a Marriott owned property. Super friendly staff does not make it for me when it is ran like a no tell Hotel.
