The staff was nice and friendly but the room itself was physically depressing. The units require walking outside in the cold or rain or snow to get to breakfast or exercise. The pool is outdoors and the exercise room is small. The worst part was when the cleaning folks would do the minimal cleaning they let these huge house flies into the unit that was a sporting event to kill. Most of all, there was some sort of water main break and the check in clerk didn’t say a word and the water came out black from the sink. I didn’t notice it until it was in my mouth.

We had a little mix up at check in(my fault). Shawnica at the front desk went above and beyond to clear it up. She was so helpful, friendly and pleasant. Marriott you have a wonderful employee there! Room was spacious, free wonderful breakfast and free shuttle to downtown. Was a wonderful stay!
