Very Nice stay

When I checked in the gentleman at the front desk was great! I don't remember his name. While the lobby was under renovation it was not an issue. Props for that!! The rooms are very nice. The bed was very comfortable!! It was just a great stay over all!! I will be back for another weekend soon!

Wow. Can you get a little ruder?

The appliances in my room are clean on the inside, but filthy on the ouside. The staff is rude, no smiles, no nothing. I asked the manager a question, I believe it was yesterday or the day before, and she looked at me like I was stupid, then gave me a 'I'm better than you look'. She has NO customer service skills.

They are renovating at this time, and the noise, smells etc are horrendous. The water will be off tomorrow for 3 hours and the manager is giving us a whole 500 points for the inconvience. Sure hope it doesn't break her.

I don't review all the hotels I stay in as I travel a lot, but when they are really good, or really suck.....I think you might want to know.

Don't stay longer than a weekend if you are expecting kindness and hospitatlity. It's not going to happen. Manager needs to go!
