Starting this June, I have stayed in this hotel for overall 9 days. The last stay was on Sep 22nd in Room 514. I have complained about the following - TV was not working (no signal). Remote was not working (able to switch on the tv) but not able to switch off. Have to pull the plug. Eating plate in the kitchen has a stain. Water was dripping in the bathroom tub (entire night)

Next morning Sep 23rd, I have informed the front desk. When I tried to explain she stopped me saying that "She is a human being and she can't remember everything" and she spent her time taking notes without any regrets on the complaint I made.

In fact, this is not the first time she behaved poorly.

This is my fourth time in the hotel and the experience I had was completely different to the previous ones.
Room, pool and hotel breakfast were good as usual, but the experience with the reception people was very disappointed. Not everyone was rude, but there was a specific lady during the evening / night shift very, very rude and unpolite. I have to say the way in which she answered one of my questions was completely unacceptable. I was also trying to contact the reception by phone to ask about a package and nobody was attending. The same day I went downstairs and the reception was empty for about 5 more minutes.
I will definitely try to find another option in my next trip to Houston.
