The staff is fine—but this joint is not as new as one would think.

We had to change rooms and I am not that guy. However, the stains on the carpeting were terrible. The new room had some tolerable issues as well.

Housekeeping is clearly an issue here with a lack of attention to detail.

The “marketplace” was also barren.

Where do I begin?? I stay at hotels frequently but this hotel exceeds my expectations in customer service. I was checked in by Melissa the front desk host and I must say it was a phenomenal experience, everyone was so friendly and accommodating!! I truly felt welcomed and I can’t say that for a lot of hotels. I would highly recommend staying at this establishment anytime your in Hamilton New Jersey. Thank you to all the staff and the Manager for making my boyfriends birthday a great experience!
