This property is not up to Marriott standard...stayed here twice because of the proximity to Ft Bragg. Very disappointed....the bathrooms are atrocious...mold, wall paper peeling, obvious ceiling leaks. AC not maintained

We been at many residence inn across Ca to Ma and this one was a bit dated. My husband drive for 12 hours all day and wanted a nice hot shower and clean comfortable bed and he got a hot shower but a urine smelling bed. The hotel allow pets so he thinks the pet urines in the bed and the housekeeping just change the sheet but not the actual bed. The breakfast was also blah nothing too special. considering we paid $200 for that night since we check in kind of late, and too tired for anything else..it wasn’t worth it for us at all and the neighborhood was a bit scary.
