This 3-star Residence Inn is nestled in a sublime Uptown Charlotte location close to the fun. Guestrooms come in studios and one- and two-bedroom suites with full kitchens (including a two-burner stove, plates, mugs, wine glasses, flatware and more), free Wi-Fi, pullout sofas and flat-screen TVs. The one- and two-bedroom suites boast separate living areas, more flat-screens and whirlpool tubs.
A complimentary hot breakfast appears every morning along with a Manager’s Reception Monday through Wednesdays (drinks and light snacks). Breakfast can be crowded during game days, so be forewarned. The property has a small fitness center, outdoor grills and coin-operated washer/dryers. The parking garage is connected to the property.
The one thing missing from the Residence Inn? A pool. But no problem. Charlotte is awash in “sprayparks” with fountains for kids. An Uptown splashpark (just a five-minute walk from the property) called The Green lets kids play under the fish fountains in the summer. (400 S. Tryon St.).

A very comfortable hotel with a little bit of something different - a washing basin in the bedroom (which is very useful). The bed was extremely comfortable and a great nights sleep was had by my hubby and myself. The room was nicely decorated and the bathroom nice. The location was also fabulous with everything in walking distance. A great stay overall.

Hotel was a little old but was very convenient to the Carolina Panthers stadium. Parking was free. Staff was friendly and helpful. The free breakfast was very good. It had a good selection and it was very tasty.
