Newer place, standard accommodations, usual set-up, no frills. Was dissatisfied that both nights I stayed none of the parking lot lights worked. This is not a safe environment for me or my vehicle. This needs to addressed and I should have been given the option to stay elsewhere where safety is not compromised.
On check out 530 am called the front desk for issue, no one answered, reattempted several times no answer. When getting on elevator clerk ran to get on elevator, point blank ask why isn’t phone being answered, what if emergency was occurring? No answer, mumbling she was helping guest, what....for over 30 minutes, at 530am, helping guest do WHAT!! In this and age call forwarding is not a luxury and it is unacceptable not to have that available or have additional staff available for other guests needs. I don’t even care if you stow away in an empty room for a nap, answer the freaking phone!

Another reviewer used the word indifferent to describe the staff. I found the same thing to be true. The only thing the check in clerk said to me was, “how do you spell your name” And I need to see a picture ID” (as I was clearly digging it out of my wallet). He then handed me the key card and turned away.
The room was extremely noisy from the highway and for a newer building was getting run down fast. The bedside table drawer was broken, the closet door stuck and there was something that looked very much like a blood stain on the curtain. the coffee maker was dirty and coffee was not restocked. I have been a loyal Marriott customer for years but this is the 5 or 6th let down in a row. I seems like it is time to check out a new chain.
