This is the second time my husband and I have stayed here. It seems like whenever we stay here and we ask for a favor (extra time, different room (because I am a very light sleeper, change for laundry) the answer is always yes! I have never had an issue with an employee at all. They are very helpful, friendly and courteous. I have no complaints about the room. It's clean, comfy and efficient. We stay here so I can use the kitchen to make some meals for the week. (we travel for work). We will see you again the Sunday after Thanksgiving.

I usually LOVE staying at a Residence Inn for all the amenities and social gatherings early in the week. I’m not sure why but this one doesn’t do the same quality gathering. When we requested a first floor because my co-trainer is older with heavy luggage, they said they didn’t have any nor is there an elevator because it’s a “first generation”. No beer or wine to take off the edge at the gatherings. :/ The rooms where modern but not as clean or crisp compared to other locations.
