We stayed at the Residence Inn for the NJ teacher convention weekend. From the moment we pulled up to the hotel, we were treated wonderfully. The valet staff was excellent and patient with us (we had a lot of belongings as there were 8 of us)... they explained the valet service for us during our stay and they helped bring our luggage to our room. We stayed in the two bedroom suite - it was very nice... had a kitchen, two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a living area space. The room was perfect for our group. The hotel was within walking distance to the Inner harbor, to Camden Yards/Babe Ruth museum and many restuarants. The front desk staff was very friendly - if we needed anything, they greeted us with a smile and were very helpful. There is a restaurant onsight - great food and drinks... the staff was also very helpful and friendly. If we were to go to Baltimore inner Harbor again, we would definitely choose this hotel again. We had a very good experience here.

We spent 2 nites there this weekend (NJ kids have off for teacher boondoggle). Great location, clean rooms, great breakfast. Ariel, our valet was wonderful as were the other guys at the valet.
The one issue I had was Friday night (11/8). We swung by the bar around 9 for a drink and snacks for the kids. There was a group of parents and about 10 girls (some lacrosse team). 8 Parents at the bar drinking and not paying attention to the kids running around the bar and the hotel. The poor server in the restaurant had to clean their mess, deal with other guests complaining and hopefully got some support from the front desk after I complained. We’ll definitely return and hooe the families there next time are a little more respectful of the other guests.
