If you have to go to the front desk because your room phone does not work, you are supposed, according to the woman with big ear rings, to wait until she takes all the outside phone calls, even if it is a long time. That was indicated by the blonde woman who came out of the back office. Good luck getting serviced by them. Maintenance people are very nice, had to fix toilet, phone, and faucet while ai was there

1st room given still had not been cleaned (it was 11pm). 2nd room given was dirty, toilets had dirt, dust, hair all over back. Floors were not vacumned or mopped. Beds had someones hair. As I attempted to use the non working business fax ( staff has to fax for you). The guest waititng to check in complained that there was no way this was a 3 star and he ended up leaving...poor fellow was from NY and had to go find another hotel !
