Located just three blocks from the Yellow Line Metro and six blocks from the King St Metro, this all-suite hotel also offers a free shuttle that goes to King Street in Old Town Alexandria. The National Harbor is also about five minutes. There is no need to leave any four legged family members at home because this hotel is pet friendly. Pets are welcome for a fee. The spacious suite feature king beds, a sleeper sofa in a separate living room area and a fully equipped kitchen with a refrigerator, microwave, stovetop, dishwasher, pots and pans, dishes and more. Cribs are available upon request. Complimentary Wi-Fi access can be found throughout the hotel so there is never a concern with staying connect to work, home or school while visiting Alexandria. The free hot breakfast buffet is a nice way for families to start each morning with items like eggs, hot and cold cereal, muffins, yogurt, coffee and more. Helpful staff, clean and comfortable room

This was a classic Residence Inn - clean rooms, filling breakfasts, and an enjoyable social hour. The staff went out of their way to accommodate our five month old. Both shuttle drivers were friendly, knowledgeable, and made sightseeing easy. The location is an easy walk to the Eisenhower stop and slightly longer to King Street. I'd happily stay here again.

I have been travelling for the last 20 years for my job. I have stayed in every brand of hotel in every part of the US (except the middle I never go there) for a long time and I have to say hands-down that this is the best of the best. It's because of the staff and the service and the wonderful food and attention to detail. I've never seen personnel that seemed to really enjoy what they do working at a hotel in such a universal way. Each and every one of them went above and beyond. I was here for 25 days and not only experienced this 5 star treatment but watched others experience it as well. It was so wonderful to have such amazing breakfasts each day and the Monday through Wednesday evening gatherings with food and drinks were really welcoming and where I ate dinner each day! The place is immaculate. Parking is great. The extra services like the shuttle were so helpful. I will stay here whenever I need to be in DC, MD or Virginia. The rooms are so comfortable and the added benefit of the kitchens was really nice to have. Stephanie made me feel at home and always made sure I was taken care of. I would name each and every member of the staff I had contact with and that was pretty much most of them because they were all absolutely wonderful. I am so glad the company I was working for placed me here - it is so close to Old Town - I walked there once and it was a nice walk but the shuttle takes you there too. EVERYTHING PERFECT.
