We stayed 3 nights in a penthouse suite. It was a very comfortable stay. The staff we encountered were very friendly. 6 of us stayed comfortably in the suite. Because we were there for the balloon fiesta, we were never around for breakfast. My grandsons enjoyed the sport court. During our stay, the hotel was quiet and we did not notice any transient traffic. We would definitely stay here again.

Read quite a few positive reviews before choosing and based on enjoyable stays at other Residence Inn locations in other states. Had to settle for an “accessible room” based on availability. Personnel on reception were extremely nice and helpful. The room was just ok but glad we didn’t require a special needs room as the only thing accessible was the bathroom. I couldn’t imagine how someone that needed an accessible room could cope with the kitchen since cabinets would be unreachable. Otherwise we didn’t think the room was as good as other locations, just ok.
