This hotel has been great in both efficiency and execution. Guest services in particular have been fantastic! At this time I would especially like to thank Vincent and the rest of the team. I’m here for weeks on end, in a great location, with free breakfast. I highly recommend staying should you be in the area. As of this writing on 10/23 I’m in room 109. ????

Two weeks ago we stayed at this fairly new hotel and were happy enough with our visit to book a 2 bedroom suite when we returned with my sister this past weekend. The suite was a good size with two reasonable bathrooms and a tight but usable kitchen.
We had a busy weekend with several events. Housekeeping was definitely sub-par. The bathroom was mildewed and the lights were shorting out. The kitchen was filthy- dirty dishes and utensils. We reported the lighting issue Friday. Housekeeping came late Saturday did not vac or take trash - they made the beds and left towels.
We complained Sunday bc the housekeeping never came even when we asked. We were told they don’t do a major cleaning until a guest leaves. Well we know they didn’t do that before our stay this week - that’s for sure.
In a long career of business travel my husband has a super high loyalty status and have never had such an awful hotel experience at a Marriott, especially after speaking with someone.
We will not stay here again.
