Mini vacation

Our first time at the Reserve and it was a pleasant surprise, we usually go down to the hard rock but this year it was booked. So a last minute decision was made to go the the Grand reserve. It was a fun experience and the food and stuff was top notch. Upon arriving we received a alcohol free mojito that was excellent. Our conceive took us to our room and explained everything about the room and the amenities that came along with it. My wife and I have already plan to return next year with out our teenage son.

Beautiful main space, good food, and the beach side service was excellent. In particular, Jendry De Luna was a fabulous, attentive, helpful server. It makes a huge difference when have people genuinely enjoy their job and are sociable. Great job!
