Fantastic hotel

I stay at the Renwick often, and hands down this is the best hotel, with the best staff, the greatest customer service I’ve ever experienced. The rooms are always clean, comfortable and the great amenities just make this place golden. I’ve traveled the world and stayed in countless hotels, and this is #1!

The manager, Brian, and his colleagues are lovely, consummate professionals and incredibly helpful. They should be commended for their work with guests.

I definitely recommend this hotel for anyone looking for something in the Midtown East area.

Clean and comfortable

The staff was pleasant, the room was clean and comfortable. I missed having a coffee maker in the room.
Otherwise, it was a comfortable stay. There is a decent workout room in the basement with good gym equipment, plenty of bottled water and towels so I was able to get a run in as well.
