The hotel was very clean and the aesthetic is very nice . Service could have been more professional and there is maintenance so it was a bit loud during the day but other than that would recommend ????????

I was booked at the Wink by my conference hosts. I arrived at 3 PM on a Thursday to check in but the room was not ready. I had to get changed to go to an event but had to wait for 40 minutes before the room was ready.
The hotel is under renovation, which they did not mention when the room was booked. Major mayhem in the lobby and constant noise of drilling and work throughout the hotel from 7 AM onwards, including on the weekend (I checked out on Saturday). I get to my room, and find that the safe does not work, the nightstand lightbulb is burned, and the TV remote control which I touched was all sticky and disgusting. I had to wash my hand for five minutes to get the filth off it. I called them to fix these problems and clean the room, but they did not. I had to call a second time before the problems were fixed. In addition, and even though my room was paid fo by my hosts, their "system" charged my credit card for an extra night. When I brought this to their attention, they nonchalantly informed me that it was a "system glitch" and that I will get my money back in 3 to 4 business days. Mind you, this is in addition to the money they hold on your credit card for incidentals, except that the room has no minibar, or even coffee, and therefore there are no incidentals for them to block your credit card for. The staff was not very helpful and mildly apologetic.
I am a frequent traveler but have never un my two decades of business travel had such a horrid experience as I did at The Wink. Avoid this hotel like the plague!
