Great Hotel Near the Airport

I had a issue with my room during a previous stay in May. The manager of the hotel was supposed to contact me, but they never did during that May stay. When I returned in July, I brought-up the issue again and learned the previous manager was gone. The receptionist was a fellow by the name of Patrick. He logged my complaint again and made the matter right. Patrick has an attention to detail like no other and I appreciate his help. Hopefully the management of this hotel will learn from the level of care that Patrick provides.

The Nicest Staff!

Currently under renovation, the staff of this hotel were the most personable and friendly I have ever met. Front desk to back stairs help, always cheerful and available for issues large and small. Can't find a seat at lunch? Chairs were brought out and places made.
Too cold to go back out to the car after checkout? We can hold your bags until you have a cup of tea.
Very quiet location, I slept well. Thank you to everyone who made my visit easy.
