Booked the Renaissance 57 as a place to stay for 5 nights. We had two rooms, which were perfectly fine - Double bed, nice Bathroom and good room amenities- TV with many channels and Netflix, Aveda products, Tea and Coffee Machine. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly throughout - nothing too much trouble, and it was also a very well run establishment. Clean and tidy place. Location of the hotel was also great for the Lexington Ave, 59th St and 53rd St Metro, as well as Bloomingdales, Tiffanys and Central Park. Not as busy as Times Sq, which worked for us. Also, great for Marathon route as two blocks up from part of the route. Managed to access all the City visitor spots when required with ease as well. Great trip and would highly recommend this hotel for your stay in New York.

The staff has a high level of customer service skills. Very helpful from restaurants to upgrading your room! I travel a lot and very reluctant to stay in different hotels. This was my first visit and it will be my “go to hotel for NY next time” Raymond at the front desk is exceptional by giving you his undivided attention and making you feel like you are the only guest. If that was not enough-The Room was super clean! Aveda products in the bathroom. All around great service, clean and coveinently located-
