The Renaissance Boulder Flatiron Hotel offers many amenities for families. Locals might know it best for the award-winning Flatz Restaurant and Lounge, an upscale, comfortable Rocky Mountain grill with a “Food Forward” emphasis, quality ingredients and fresh local produce. For visitors, it’s the other amenities that are most attractive. This is an all-suite hotel with a modern fitness center, indoor swimming pool and full service concierge. There’s also a relaxing outdoor whirlpool, sun deck, gift shop, business center, self and valet parking, storage facilities, laundry room and more. It’s close to everything in the area and has what families need.

Suites come with various options. For example, the French Door Suite, which is a nice choice for families, has a separate living area from the bedroom. The suite has either one king or two queen beds and a convertible sofa bed, desk with ergonomic chair, coffee/tea maker, marble bathrooms, mini-fridge, cordless phone, 37-inch flat screen TV, with premium cable channels and pay movies, wireless high-speed Internet access available, clock radio and Bluetooth speaker.

Complete package!

Marriott has it all! It is clean, pretty , very comfortable bedding and reasonably priced. It's the first place I book when I plan a trip! It certainly came be said that Marriott is a complete package ! I've stayed at at least 15 Marriott this past year and I've never been disappointed with the staff or my accommodations .

Check for cleanliness before unpacking

Arrived here with my sister to visit family in the area. Checked in pretty late and tired from the journey so we got to our room and unpacked everything. Not until then did we find clumps of hair in the bathroom, restaurant leftovers in the fridge (both of which we could overlook and deal with ourselves) and then we found a pair of thong undies in a drawer. Ick. Not wanting to have to repack everything and change rooms this late in the game, we waited til morning to tell the housekeeping and front desk staff. We got an apology and a free cup of coffee from the coffee bar for our troubles. Upon checkout, the desk agent offered to credit points to my Bonvoy account. All in all, a nice place to stay and greatly enjoyed the bar staff and cozy fireplace in the lobby. Fitness Room was terrific too. Just be sure and check for the cleanliness BEFORE you settle in!
