This hotel is a wonderful hotel, it has plenty of underground parking. Inside the lobby is really exotic, the food and bar is great. All kind of different restaurants in the area to choose from. The hotel has everything you need except a pool.

We stayed at the Renaissance from Friday through Sunday for a conference where my husband was giving a presentation. We arrived at the hotel around nine knowing that we probably wouldn't have a room since we were so early, but the staff found us a room and gave us each a bottle of water, which was very thoughtful. We both liked that we could opt out of having our room cleaned every day since we are fairly neat people, and really who cleans their whole house every day at home? The staff has certainly been trained in customer service and it shows. We saw the housekeeper on Saturday and asked her if we could have a refill of the tea and coffee and she was as pleasant and professional as everyone else. A plus is that the hotel runs a free shuttle to and from the airport and they also have a free shuttle to take you to the metro and back. The drivers were pleasant and drove carefully in the busy streets. Our whole visit was a positive experience, and we would be happy to return there someday.
