Recently I’ve been to Albany last month to attend a 2 days convention.
I am very grateful to chose this property.
It’s very convenient location. It has an enclosed bridge that connects to Albany Convention Center. Excellent customer service!!!
I have arrived at the hotel as early as 9:20 am and I am very grateful for the receptionist named Reina ???? she catered me and my colleague for check in, room was ready. I requested for her to send our luggage up to the room. She gave us a well appointed room at the top floor ( 11th floor) facing the nice views. Spacious with 2 queen beds plus a living room sofa . Very spacious bathroom . Heavenly beds and crisp white linens . Amenities were okay.
We went to the Club Lounge at the 2nd Floor. They have enough spread for breakfast and dinner. You can avail the lounge until 10:30 pm for snacks and drinks ????, coffee ☕️ etcetera. They have a great bar and restaurant in house. . The lobby has great ambiance. The parking is very convenient at the back where you can find the bridge connecting to the Convention Center. The room was pricey but it’s worth for the convenience to all nearby attractions and restaurants, ???? early check in and late check out at 4 pm was honored for loyal Marriott BonVoy Platinum member ???? Thank you very much!!!! It’s greatly appreciated ♥️ I highly recommend this hotel for a family or business trip.

Sorry for this late review, I stayed here in August and did not post until now (Nov). I was there for only one night for an annual conference and have also stayed there for several years. The shuttle drivers to & from the airport are always very friendly & helpful.
The desk staff was outstanding as usual. They went way “above and beyond” by extending my check-out time. I had an illness that required me to go back to the Hotel after my Conference and rest for a while before going to the airport. Thank you so much for that.
I always recommend The Renaissance to all my friends when I hear they are traveling to Albany & I also look forward to my next visit.
