This motel-style property is 25 miles away from Cooperstown and the National Baseball Hall of Fame and Museum. Because of this, during the busy summer baseball season (June to September), you can only book a room here with a week-long reservation. Locally, it’s close to downtown Oneonta, local colleges, the Science Discovery Center of Oneonta, and biking/hiking trails. There is no pool on property, but guests can use the Oneonta town pool.
There are eight simply-furnished suites that have either one or two queen beds, as well as three apartments with two separate bedrooms with queen beds. All rooms have air-conditioning, microwaves, refrigerators, Keurig coffeemakers and Wi-Fi. Apartments have a full kitchen and living area. Outdoors, there’s a large covered porch and gas grills.
There are no onsite dining facilities, but there are several options nearby, including a pizza and barbecue restaurant.

Very nice and well worth the price. Clean and well appointed, the parking, back porch, bbq grills and picnic tables make it your home away from home. The proprietors are also very helpful and always ready to assist. My group enjoyed our stay very much and would not hesitate to recommend or stay here again.

In January, February and March of 2017 my husband and had renovations done to our Home (extensive). It was difficult to find the right accomodations: location, large kitchen, livingroom, two bedrooms for our children to visit, two bathrooms..........immaculate, new appliances, great cooking utensils, towels, etc.,
OUR STAY COULD NOT HAVE BEEN BETTER-the owners and all were wonderful!!
