The hotel was nice and comfortable with good service. The only bad experience we had was breakfast. You choose from a menu and the waiter said you can have the continental breakfast and the sides. We had 2 poached eggs which had no salt or pepper without any flavour and 2 pieces of toast on the side. We asked for 2 slices of avocado which in the end eas charged extra and we paid 10dollars just for it. When I challenged the waitress she told me it was not included. I mentioned it to the reception and instead of apologising as it supposed to be a complementary breakfast and I was told by the waiter initially that I can pick from any of those options, not only they did not take it off the bill but I was also told that this is Miami, it is an expensive city and I could pay 8dollars for a glass of milk. This was completely not the answer I was expecting. Of course ai didn’t argue as no-one wants to get upset during holidays but it was very disappointing. It is not the 10dollars, it is the service you expect when you book such hotel.
So overall I will say, stay to the hotel but don’t include breakfast.

Very nice clean hotel, very nice and friendly employees , especially the front counter and the security . Fast responds when u request something , especially housekeeping . Excellent customer service .
