Needing a quiet efficient place to stay whether on business or pleasure this is the hotel I would highly recommend because of the cleanliness, quiet and congenial staff who are always willing to assist you with your needs. I don’t have a pet but this hotel is also pet friendly and in the morning will get your day started with a good breakfast. Rihanna the young lady at the front desk is always ready to fax a paper to my company each morning and room service is always checking to make sure you are comfortable and not in need of anything so I would like to share my experience with others who may just need that particular hotel in the near future. Many thanks for everything.

Weekend getaway

We came to Sioux Falls from Milbank SD, about 2.5 hours just to get away for the weekend. The lady at the desk was very professional and polite, she got us checked and we went to the room.
The ac wasn’t working properly, the settings were off or freezing cold. The other settings did not work. The volume on the tv did not work at all. We contacted the desk, she came and paired the remote with the tv but the volume still
Would not work. We went out for supper and she was going to have maintenance check it out. We went to supper and returned and the tv still wasn’t working. At $94 for one night we were not
Going to sit in silence. They had no other rooms so she had maintenance switch the TVs, by this time it was 9:30p. That solved the issue with the tv.
The water in the shower was a light trickle and did not get hot. The towels in the room were very small so we each had to use two just to dry off. The light about the sink was going out and flickering.
All of the staff was amazing. However some up keep needs to be done on the building.
