This place is quiet, well maintained and if you left breakfast hungry that's your own fault. Oatmeal was a little thick but I added hot water and it was fine. Labor Day is when we visited and the pool was ice cold.

Nothing is a good value in Asheville. This was one of the cheapest places we could find so I shouldn't be too surprised. We didn't even get soap in our room until the second day when we had to go to the office and ask for some. The lady at the desk was very friendly, she gave us a room on the 3rd floor, which was pretty quiet but the room was just OK. The shower was old and the drainage was very loud, could hear other rooms water flow very clearly. The bed was a bit too firm, the bath towels were small, old and scratchy. I'd still stay here again rather than pay twice as much downtown.
