We stayed here over a Saturday night with a 4 year old. We went to the room for the night at 9:30 pm but VERY LOUD MUSIC prevented us from getting sleep. We called down to the front desk and a very rude clerk said there’s nothing she WOULD do. The hotel has a policy of quiet hours after 9pm per the attached photo but she explained that the wedding would go until 11-12. The music never quieted down until well after midnight and the next day we dealt with a tired and cranky kid because of this mismanaged property.

I understand that weddings should be fun but if they allow this to occur they shouldn’t have a quiet hours policy.

All I can say is WOW!!! From the moment we said yes to the venue we were so happy we did. They (Debbie) were always there to help us with all of our questions. The day of.... just no words. Really was the best day of my life. The food was amazing. The venue was like my dreams. The staff friendly. And Angel was our Angel. I would give a million stars if I could.
