Worst hotel experience ever. The rooms were gross. The pool's and spa's were disgusting. We brought our 3 year old grandson with us and we could not let him in the water. There was hair and skin film completely covering the surfaces of everything.

For starters we were given keys to a room that someone else was already staying in. When we returned to the desk, both clerks claimed to have no knowledge of anyone being in that room. We were assigned another room and when asked about a discount for the inconvenience, we were ignored.
The hallways are dimly lit with several scratches and scuffs on the walls. The floor hasn’t seen a vacuum in awhile. The elevator made some discouraging noises. The poor office chair in our room was probably from 1999. The couch stitching is frayed and worn.
There were no towels at the pool. Empty beer pitchers and trash all over the tables. Half the lights were off. And the exterior doors I used were not secured, no key card was needed to get in.
