Overvalued

Rundown as a ghetto; carpet had stains and wall paper was peeling off the wall in several spots. Walls are thin and light blares into the room from street lights, bring ear plugs and eye mask, or just stay awake all night having sex like my noisy neighbor.

very good location

This hotel is in a very good location and it’s close to a lot of things, the check in was smooth, the breakfast was great, and the staff was friendly. The rooms on the odd side you can see the ocean/naval base and the sun set is absolutely breathtaking
