While most rooms at the hotel sleep up to two guests, many of the suites provide enough room for extra beds and are wonderful choices for families. Amazon Suites and Emperor Suites are particularly well suited for family use. Interconnecting rooms are also available. Family-friendly amenities include an indoor swimming pool, cribs, in-room video gaming and free Wi-Fi access. Guests can dine at the hotel’s onsite restaurant for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Hotel decor

Very poor design for this hotel, very very dark in rooms corridor and bathroom, which made it very difficult to do makeup etc, no mirror in the bedroom/living area so couldn’t see when blow drying hair, no plugs in the bathroom and plug didn’t fit in the hole in the walkway by the mirror. We were there for a party so although I don’t wear wakuup all the time it would have been good to know what I looked like before going out. Also we could see into other guests bedrooms from our room. Not worth the money wouldn’t stay again

Check in was efficient. Room was so much bigger than we expected. We had called ahead to make sure our room was away from the bar/any loud music as we had 2 young children with us. This was accommodated perfectly. An extra bed was brought to our room before we had chance to take our shoes off.

The shower was Amazing, really powerful, my 4 year old loved his morning showers.

Staff are lovely and extremely friendly. The free shuttle that’s available to the station is really good.

Room was clean, fresh linen and towels daily. Iron and ironing board in rooms, plenty of space for clothes, hair dryer also available.

We have stayed in a few hotels in and around central and for the price this is definitely worth it!

We did have a look at the gym and spa but tbh didn’t get chance to use them.
