My wife and I traveled to Tucson for a Military Reunion and had a grand time at the Radisson Suites Tucson! The People running this property could not have been nicer and made our visit absolutely wonderful. A few minor disfunctions in our room were taken care of immediately. This is beautifully located and designed hotel, but it was obivious that some things needed fixing, so I do what I always do: COMPLAIN to Management. I was told that as soon as our Reunion was over: A Major Remodel Would Begin! There will also: Be A Name Change! The rooms are all SUITES and are very convenient so one person can nap or sleep, while the other person is up and busy. The bath area is connected directly to the bedroom and to the kitchen area also. It is a great arrangement. I can hardly to return and stay here again after the complete remodel.

My son and his fiancee chose this place for their wedding 10/19/20, went in spoke to the coordinator and finally signed a contract. Two weeks later they were told the place was going to be renovated but it was guaranteed ready in October. Well we were just told it wouldn't be ready and in order to get a refund we had to have the wedding at a place chosen by them! The place they chose was horrible, now with 8 weeks left we are scrambling to find another venue, still fighting for our money back. DO NOT PUT YOURSELF IN OUR PLACE AVOID THE RADISSON!
