I’m one of these people that look at reviews for EVERYTHING! four days before our holiday started I looked at the reviews again and all the recent ones were negative, I absolutely dreaded the holiday we had planned BUT we proceed with the holiday and oh my goodness the reviews were so WRONG, our stay was perfect the room was very very clean, fresh sheets everyday, clean towels also and the staff were very friendly. Would definitely recommend this hotel to Family’s or even couples, great location and a nice selection of shops you can access to on foot.

Waiting a year whole year for my vacation and choosing this hotel as I had stayed previously a few years back,I was excited.Checking in and going to our room,opening the door and about to set lyggage down and sit ,noticed something on the bed,started to look closer.Well,hairs ,hairs,hairs everywhere.I called front desk and aske for housekeeping to come remake 1 bed and we would be back.Came back about a hour later,housekeeping had changed top sheet,why I know this is when I pulled back covers inside was covered with body hairs.trying to stay calm I sat to regroup if how gross this was.Boyfriend called and asked for WHOLE bed to be changed.We left again,came back.Finally a clean bed.Then going into bathroom and finding body hairs and urine around bottom of toilet was so disgusting, I was so upset this us how our vacation was starting on a 4 day stay here.I myself actually cleaned the toilet after taking pictures, Asked twice for maintenance to fix tub as it ran water from spout 24 hrs a day the whole stay and noone ever came to fix it,Went down to front desk asked to speak to General Manager, we spoke I showed him pictures,he discounted our room and apologized.We also spoke about parking charges and tax on bill.GOOGLE this hotel,they advertised free parking,still they charged my Credit card.As of now Im disputing parking charges,will never reccomend this hotel again as I did before.Nir return to it.I will enjoy my vacation and spend my money elsewhere more deserving.VERY DISAPPOINTED I have plenty more pictures but believe 1 says it all.just plain gross
