Good place to stay in Manhatten

Room was clean & comfortable & smaller than some hotels, due to being in Midtown.
Personnel were very helpful. We were there on a very busy weekend and did not feel that the hotel was chaotic. Everything went very smoothly.
On-site restaurant was very good.

Great location, great bell boys and concierge but terrible housekeeping and room views for the price.

Although this hotel is at an amazing location and the front staff is great. We did not feel it was worth the value. The room was bigger than we expected but not very clean. There was no vacuuming done during our stay, the carpets were dirty and so were some of our bed sheets. We were not satisfied at all by the cleanliness. The price was very high for what we received. Being a Curio Collection Hilton, we expected a 5 star experience but were left with a 3 star at best.
