We have stayed at the Radisson Hotel and it's was always a very pleasant experience, #1 choice. No more. I think the worse part is no acknowledgement from the General Manager after two two attempts. Radisson Transfer: We waited with several other guests, one bus arrived. At the end of our wait period, an airline crew arrived. After two guests embarked, and the rest were waiting to embark, the driver announced this was "crew only" (although no signage on bus) and we would need to disembark and catch the next bus. Since we all arrived prior to the crew arrival this didn't seem fair. When all the guests finally arrived at the hotel (approximately 10:45PM) we were checked in efficiently. We headed upstairs to our room. However, the key opened the door to the room and there was already an occupant. We really frightened the woman. A security situation. We took all of our luggage back downstairs and were given another key. We headed upstairs and found the room unoccupied, but not clean and not made up. We, again, took our luggage and went back downstairs. On our third attempt, we were "upgraded" and sent to the 4th floor. I will say the front desk staff was courteous and apologetic. On our third attempt, approximately 11:30PM, the key did not open the door and we stood in the hall trying to enter the room. After several minutes a guest came to the door and obviously we had awaken him. Another security situation. The front desk went to the next room, #4, and it was unoccupied.
