Gorgeous Rooms, Friendly Staff and Great Breakfast

We booked in here very last minute due to being badly let down at some other accommodation. Staff couldn’t have been kinder, they upgraded us free of charge and the rooms were stunning, sparkling clean and quiet with huge comfy beds. It was my sons 21st birthday and we received great service for the 2 night stay. The breakfast was lovely with healthy options, smoothies and lovely fresh food. The young concierge was amazing, booking taxis and looking after us really well. We loved our stay and would return again definitely! Well done to this hotel... you saved us last weekend and I can’t thank you enough!

Traffic noise and hot ????

The AC/Heat was not working. We complained multiple times. I bet it is still broken. Lots is road noise. Car horns blowing all day and night, plus emergency service sirens. They were working on the intersection at Great Russel and Bloomsbury, so construction noise, too
