I would not be commenting should this hotel be a 3/4 star, however you expect a certain quality when it’s 5 star, which was simply not there. The hotel is very dated, the photos on the website do not correspond to the actual state of the hotel. The decor, carpet, and state of the finishing are dated/haphazardly fixed. Our room didn’t even have any outlets to plug phone in the main room.
The jacuzzi was luke warm.
Although I’m tempted to say this was the worst 5 star hotel I’ve stayed in. There are some positive aspects, such as the great breakfast, location and views. The friendly manager who let us have late checkout and gave us a voucher for a cocktail. Work needs to be done to be able to claim being a 5 star.

I attend a couple of major conferences/markets a year in Cannes. I have stayed at numerous hotels and apartments over a 25 + year span.
In recent years I have been coming back to Le Radisson Blu time and again.
It is situated at the far end of the old port with views of the boats docked and of the nearby Mediterranean. It is a lovely location with nearby coffee shops - Casa Italia serves a great continental breakfast!
The Radisson has a terrific patio bar on the roof - with spectacular views up and down the coast.
The staff are very friendly and professional - from the front desk to the guest relations manager, Jérome, to the very attentive housekeeping staff and bell captain team!
I always appreciate my stays here and will definitely be back!
Thank you,
KG
